How do i go about creating an order?
- To place an order you need to register. It is very easy! Just click at the top right, in the CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT area.
I'm having trouble processing my order
- If you are experiencing technical difficulties placing an order on our website, please contact Our customer care representatives through chat, phone or mail, are standing by to assist you with your needs.
What is your product warranty policy?
- All Eizo sport products have a 90 Day manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This includes any defects as a result of a manufacturing defect or missing parts.
- Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Products are not intended for outdoor use.
- You must have proof of purchase in order to make a warranty policy claim for any product purchased on Eizosport.com. Please note that any Eizo sport item purchased at a retail store or online supplier other than Eizo sport.com must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased.
- The goal at Eizo sport is to continually update and improve our products. Because of this process, some product images, logos and labels on the website are subject to vary from time to time.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, remember that you can return any * item within 30 days, choosing between a refund, voucher or exchange.
-The warranty does not cover product defects resulting from normal wear and tear, abnormal or improper use, accidental events).
* Excludes: mouthguards, groin guards, custom clothing or equipment, gift cards.
How can I buy a part or replacement unit?
Please contact the Eizo sport customer service at +1 (786) 862-4727 and follow the prompts to the “Parts Department.” A customer service representative will be happy to assist with purchasing the replacement part over the phone with a credit card.
What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Master Card, Apple pay, Meta pay, Shop pay, Google pay, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
What shipping service do we use?
- Eizo sport USA ships via USPS , UPS, FEDEX. We do not ship to APO, AFO, or FPO locations.
- Customers can choose the speed and level of service from a variety of options including ground, 2nd day or next day delivery (when available). Please be advised that large equipment orders (such as heavy bags and stands) may be shipped directly by freight carriers (LTL) in order to provide timely delivery.
How long does it take to process/receive my order?
- Orders generally ship within 2-3 business days after the order is received.
- You will receive a confirmation as soon as the package has been processed as shipped
- Please note: this processing time occurs for all orders including those placed with expedited shipping. Delivery time depends on the level of service you select and where you are located.
I did not get an e-mail confirmation for my order.
- Your immediate confirmation is available for you to print at the end of the checkout process, once your process is complete.
- A confirmation e-mail will also be sent to the e-mail address you entered during checkout. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact info@eizosport.com.
How do I get UPS tracking confirmation?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you when your package ships. This will include the USPS, UPS OR FEDEX tracking number.

Account wholesales
- Accounts reserved for wholesalers refer only to physical and online stores.
The minimum order is $ 250,00.
-If you have a shop, you will need to indicate information about your business in the CREATE ACCOUNT area. Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation email.
-Once your account is registered and activated, access the dedicated WHOLESALE area where you can check prices, availability and proceed with the order independently.

How do I go about creating a return?
- Carefully fill in the return document that you will find inside the package originally.
- Create a tracked shipment if possible with your favorite courier to be sent to Eizo sport USA 1845 NW 112th Ave Unit 203 Miami FL 33172 United States. (shipping costs are charged to the customer).
- Eizo undertakes to process the return within 3 days of receipt and as soon as the return process begins we will send you an email notification.
